Crisis Hotline 972.276.0057ESCAPE to GOOGLE

Volunteers play a vital role at Hope’s Door New Beginning Center! Each year, hundreds of people donate thousands of hours to help us provide safety, shelter, healing, and hope to families affected by intimate partner and/or family violence. If you have time and talent you would like to share with us, we would love to have you join our volunteer family. Volunteer opportunities are available at our locations in both Plano and Garland.

All individual volunteers must complete our volunteer application, background check, and statement of confidentiality, and attend a 1-hour orientation. Individuals must be at least 16 years old to volunteer unaccompanied. Children who are at least 12 years old can volunteer with a parent or guardian. Group volunteer projects are also available. Please contact Beth Leos for more information or to register for the next volunteer orientation.
