Men and Women About Change Programs are a fee-based 24-week minimum group counseling programs where abusers learn to eliminate the abusive behavior and bring peace to intimate relationships. Each session meets for 90 minutes. Groups are offered throughout the week and on Saturdays. Programs are open to all men and women who have been ordered to attend BIPP as well as anyone seeking to better themselves by learning how to stop using violent and controlling behaviors in relationships. Both programs are compliant with State Guidelines and Curricula for the Battering Intervention and Prevention Programs (BIPP), and are fully accredited by the Criminal Justice Assistance Division of the State of Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Groups are open to those men and women who have been ordered to attend BIPP.
